In fiscal year 2008, employees scored above the maximum Performance Incentive Plan (PIP) goal of 85 for patient satisfaction for the year, scoring an impressive 86.2. Contributing to last year’s patient satisfaction results were 88 employees who received 20 or more favorable mentions in letters, discharge phone calls or Fanmail, and last month, the hospital hosted a luncheon to honor these “All-stars.”
