YNHH Habitat for Humanity House Takes Shape

With the help of YNHH employees and physicians, the Habitat for Humanity house at 15 Wilson Street that Yale-New Haven Hospital and its medical staff are sponsoring is taking shape. The house now has a basement and two floors; its roof will go on soon.

On a recent cold Saturday, a dozen employees, many from Financial Planning and Budget, spent a day volunteering on the house. Financial Planning and Budget staff members (l-r) Mario Donini, senior financial analyst; Mike Loftus, system director; Gerald DeFelice, manager; Brett Perrone, financial analyst; and Cathy Gautot all helped put up the second floor walls on the Wilson Street house in January.
