Thank you for visiting DiscoverYNHH.org. This Web site is intended to serve as a clearinghouse of news, articles, facts and photos to help you learn about all of the wonderful people and programs that make up Yale-New Haven Hospital. From our employees, medical staff and volunteers, to partners and patients, DiscoverYNHH.org showcases personal stories that help make Yale-New Haven Hospital one of the top teaching and community hospitals in the U.S.
The stories that we have highlighted come from a variety of our internal and external publications, including Impact magazine, Yale-New Haven Magazine and the Bulletin employee newsletter. These stories provide a glimpse into the lives of some of our exceptional employees and volunteers and are accompanied by photos and videos from hospital and community events and programs.
DiscoverYNHH.org also provides a wealth of facts and figures about the hospital, including an overview of employee benefits, a summary of our annual employee survey, a review of our community initiatives and partnerships and much more. Additionally, the Web site includes a collection of press releases and links to media articles and blog posts that are specific to employees, volunteers, partnerships and other related programs. Together, these components help us tell our collective Yale-New Haven Hospital story.
Equally important, DiscoverYNHH.org allows us the opportunity to go beyond the confines of our main hospital homepage to recognize and publically thank all of our valued employees, volunteers and community partners. The core of good health care is the knowledge, the value, the competence and the commitment of the people who provide that care and those who support the overarching mission of the hospital. After reading through several of the stories on this Web site, I’m sure you will agree that the continued success of Yale-New Haven Hospital depends on the quality and commitment of our people.
